What is a credit?
About 1p of usage. An AI chat or messaging reply uses 1, an AI phone call minute 30, a text 12 and an email 0.2. Your first phone number is included; extra numbers use 300 a month each. Live avatar minutes beyond your plan's included minutes use 50.
What happens if I run out?
You can top up or switch on automatic top-ups. Nothing is charged without showing you the cost first.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. Forward your existing number to Enquiva for free, or get a new local number.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT at 20% is added to your bill.
Can I change plan?
Any time. Upgrades are charged pro rata and take effect at once, with the extra credits added straight away.
Does the trial need a card?
Yes. The trial lasts 14 days with Growth's features and 600 credits (the live avatar runs in sandbox), and you can cancel any time before it ends.
Do callers know it's AI?
Yes. Every greeting says it's an AI assistant. You choose its name.
