Enquiva 24/7

Terms of service

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms are between you (the business using Enquiva 24/7) and DWC Global Projects Ltd, trading as Enquiva 24/7. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Enquiva 24/7 provides AI agents that handle calls, chat, messages, forms, lead follow-up, bookings and payment links for your business, plus the tools to set them up. Features depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to act for your business. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account, including the people you invite.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Data

You own your content and your customers’ data. We process it to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy. Where we process personal data for you, we do so as your processor under UK GDPR on the terms of section 1 of the privacy policy and these terms.

5. Fees

Paid plans and usage credits are billed in advance through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes.

6. Third-party services

Connected services (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Stripe, phone carriers, AI providers) are governed by their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their outages or changes.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Enquiva 24/7 running but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we won’t remove a core feature of a paid plan during your billing period without notice.

8. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

9. Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closing, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: debutwebconsultants@gmail.com.
